WATER SOLUBLE SOLDER FLUX 715M
• Excellent Wetting
• Neutral PH
• Alcohol Based
• Foam, Spray, Brush or Dip
• Lead-Free and Tin-Lead Compatible
715M water soluble liquid flux is designed specifically for wave solder operations. Though designed for applications via foam fluxer, 715M may also be applied by automated spray fluxers, dipped or brushed on with favorable results. 715M is a buffered flux that has a wide activation range and good wetting characteristics that produce bright shiny solder joints. This flux is still active post-process, all residues must be removed from PCB's. The residues and raw flux are completely water soluble and should be washed in an aqueous cleaning system using deionized or distilled water heated to a recommended temperature of at least 140°F.
