NO-CLEAN SOLDER FLUX 265LR

• Halide-Free
265LR is an alcohol-based no-clean liquid flux formulated to offer low residue and high activity for lead-free and tin-lead wave soldering operations. This flux offers faster wetting for SN100C® and SAC alloys than previously formulated fluxes. 265LR is compatible with a broad range of lead-free and tin-lead solder alloys. The 265LR offers low post-process residues and has proven to reduce preventative maintenance requirements for spray fluxing applications. 265LR is designed to be a no-clean, no-visible residue flux, which can be cleaned if critical to the product application.
265LR is formulated for application via spray, brush, mist or dip. Due to the low percentage of solids in this flux, control of specific gravity is necessary. This no-clean flux can be cleaned, if necessary, with saponified water or an appropriate solvent cleaner.
