Description

The American Beauty Tools 105L7 is an ESD-Safe, High-Capacity Tweezers Resistance Soldering System. The 105L7 provides 1,100 watts (5.8v AC) of power with twenty-three (23) unique Settings (WARNING ~ Do Not Switch Power Settings While Under Load) and the system provides the maximum output for handpieces that utilize a Tapered Pin Connection Style. The 105L7 Resistance Tweezers System is ideal (but not limited to) the following applications... Soldering Banana Plug Assemblies, Cable Assemblies, Repairing Solar Modules and Soldering (Silver Solder) on Chromel and Alumel Wires.

The 105L7 System includes a lightweight, palm-sized Tweezer Handpiece (105127). This handpiece features comfort grip padding, minimizing operator fatigue. The Tweezer Handpiece uses Copper coated, Stainless-Steel Electrodes (10594 - 1/8" Electrode), which can be easily bent to suit the application needs. The opening between electrodes is .625" / 1.59cm, with electrode diameter of .125" or 1/8". This system also permits hands-free activation of power via the included Footswitch (10519). The use of a footswitch vastly improves control of the applications and virtually eliminates the sparking that is common with other resistance-based systems. The 105L7 Tweezer Resistance Soldering System is compatible with the optional Resistance Precision Timer Module (105PTM) - Sold Separately. The Precision Timer Module controls the power of the application down to the 100th of a second, ensures the tightest process control possible, while the multi-function timer takes operator error completely out of the picture.
