The Aven 26800B-506 is a Microscope Track Stand with a [2.91" (74mm)] Fine/Coarse Focus Mount. This stand features top and bottom LED lights with individual dimmer controls. The stands base offers built-in clips to secure flat objects such as slides. The overhead LED light shines bright light on the subject below the microscope. This light can be tilted to the desired angle. The backlight LED is located in the base of the stand and is designed to illuminate translucent objects. The light is covered by a frosted glass plate for soft, diffused lighting. Both LED Lighting System include an individual dimmer knob to provide ideal illumination from each lamp. The 26800B-506 Stand features a Focusing Distance of 4.17" (106mm) and a Track Length of 11.02" (280mm). The stands focus knobs feature coarse and fine focus adjustment. Providing smooth movement along the track stand. The side of the knobs offer labeled adjustment increments for precise movement and measuring. Tension of the focus knob can be adjusted by turning the inner ring, located on the right side focus-knob. To tighten, turn the inner ring counterclockwise, to loosen turn clockwise.
