The CxV Series are constructed using SmartHeat® Technology. This technology is unique, sensing the specific thermal demand directly at the solder pad. Delivering the precise quantity and flow of thermal energy during both flux activation and intermetallic bonding phases without any adjustment or calibration. F = F4/Fiber Glass (For most general production soldering applications) - offers a maximum temperature of 790°F (421°C)
C = Ceramic (For all high thermal soldering and rework applications) - offers a maximum temperature of 880°F (471°C).
