Description

The GF-C2-HT is a Portable Bench-Top Reflow Oven and Hot Plate. The GF-C2-HT is a versatile heating system for Lead-Free pre-heating, curing, reflow, rework and thermal cycling applications, especially in prototype or batch applications. This oven uses a combination of forced air convection and a conductive heating system for a consistent process control. This process control will automatically regulate the set temperature. The GF-C2-HT is equipped with a programmable Digital Timer with alarm. Simply, monitor or set time cycles for your required applications. The large 12" x 12" heating area easily handles large-sized prototypes and the large viewing window provides complete visibility throughout the entire process. The GF-C2-HT can be used as a Hot Plate, simply lift the clam-shell designed lid and the 3/4" thick heating plate serves as a Hot Plate pre-heater.

The GF-C2-HT is compatible with the optional added benefit of Nitrogen Inerting (GF-C2-N). Nitrogen Inerting produces low oxygen levels, that are maintained, while conserving Nitrogen consumption. This is accomplished by the re-circulation of the atmosphere within the reflow zone. This decreases wetting angle, while increasing flux efficiency and enhancing fine pitch solder fillets, leaving behind improved surface finish of the solder joints.
