Description

The R1 is a Radial Component Trimmer. This manual, hand-crank unit takes Radial or Taped components and cuts them to an adjusted length. The R1 system is fast, completing 12 components per revolution. The Radial Component Trimmer processes virtually all components taped on a 0.500" pitch, compliant with EIA Standards. The dual, tapered, cutting blade is designed to produce clean cuts without stress to component body. Using the dual blade allows for twice the blade life. The R1 Radial Component Trimmer easily adjusts cut lengths in less than one minute.

R1 Spec's:

-Lead Diameter: Min. 0.01" - Max. 0.050"
-Lead Cut Length: Min. 0.05" - Max. 0.500"

*Optional Reel Holder (RH1) accepts all standard reels and easily mounts to processor with two thumbscrews. The RH1 is designed for use with the R1 Radial Component Trimmer and the F1 Axial Component Trimmer/Former.

*The R1 is also upgradeable with a motor drive and counter (DAC) and loose feed (LF-4) for axial components.
