The DDM Novastar SPR-45 is an Automate Stencil Printer. This stencil printer offers a Power Sweep Squeegee for automatic printing with a single or dual stroke and a Power Frame Lift with Gas Strut Assist. The user-friendly Precision Controls make the operation of this Stencil Printer simple and easy. This Stencil Printer provides precise X, Y, Z and Theta Axis adjustments for an exact Stencil-to-Board alignment. The precision alignment between stencil and PCB result in Fine Pitch Printing of Solder Paste. The SPR-45 offers a reproducible, Adjusting Angle-of-Attack Squeegee Adjustment. The Dual Squeegee Holder is deigned with independent print force adjustment for clean, convenient application of Solder Paste. Each SPR-45 comes supplied with a Urethane and Metal Squeegee. The SPR-45 features an adjustable Frame Holder, compatible with any Tubular or Cast Framed Stencil up to 23" x 23" (584 x 584mm) Outside Diameter. The easy-to-lift Frame (Lid) offers Gas Strut assists and the integrated squeegee accepts Polyurethane or Metal Blades. Each SPR-45 is compatible with the PCB Vacuum Hold-Down as an Option (SPR-VAC-45 - Sold Separately), allowing the operator the ability to print Flex Circuits.
