Description

The ERSA i-Tool (0100CDJ) is an Anti-Static Soldering Iron. This iron is ideal for soldering of high mass PTH components, other ultra-fine applications and where space is restricted. The i-Tool delivers repeatable soldering results because of the precise temperature control and fast heat-up/recovery times. The 0100CDJ heats from room temperature to 662°F (350°C) in approximately 9 seconds and increases temperature from "Standby Temp" [536°F (280°C) in 3 seconds (approx.). This iron is lightweight, weighing less than 0.066 lb (30g) - without the attached cable. The i-Tool features three (3) setable energy levels for dynamic performance, including an adjustable process window with a process window alarm. The 0100CDJ offers an integrated "Standby Sensor" and the iron's calibration data is stored in the individual tool. The i-Tool (0100CDJ) is compatible with the 102 Series Tips, which provide an ultra-wide range of standard and special soldering tips (All Tips Sold Separately).
