The Fancort B0103GN is an ESD-Safe, BG Series Adjustable Magazine Rack. This rack measures 12.59" (320mm) Wide x 13.97" (355mm) Long x 22.16" (563mm) High and offers a 50-Piece PCB Capacity. The B0103GN features an impressive PCB Size Range from (Min. Size) 1.96" (50mm) Wide to a (Max. Size) 9.84" (250mm) Wide and is designed with a 0.196" (5mm) Slot Size. This rack features Gear adjustment Card Guides with a parallelism monitor, providing a quick and easy one-step set-up.

The BG Series Adjustable Magazine Racks are ideal for PCB Inline Automation and for the secure storage and/or transportation of sensitive PCBs. Constructed from premium materials and featuring injection-molded card guides to handle small to very large boards, including hard-to-hold PCB's for increased versatility. All BG Series Magazine Racks are constructed of volume Conductive Polypropylene and Metal, including a metal top and bottom to the rack of some models. Each rack features a Surface Resistivity of 10(4) to 10(6) ohm/cm and standard ABS models (N) will tolerate temperatures up to 176°F (80°C) [High-Temperature Models (GM) tolerate up to 392°F (200°C)]. These racks are designed with a Screw or Gear Adjusting Card Guides to monitor and promote parallelism between PCB's and help simplify set-up. The Card Guides offer zero flexing with the Steel reinforced Supports and Molded Ribs. Each Rack features a removable End Stop and includes Carrying Handles for the Top & Bottom of the rack.
