Description

The JGD1000 is a Solder Mask Dispensing System. This system can be designed for 1 - 4 operators running applications at the same time, via a splitting manifold that splits the Solder Mask into the material tube which divides for the amount of pinch wands in use. The JGD1000 is equipped with the Pinch Valve Dispensing Wand. This wand accepts any size dispensing needle and only dispenses the exact amount of Solder Mask required.

The Pressure Vessel stores up to 1 gallon of solder Mask at a time and will keep your mask sealed and fresh when not in use. The Pressure Vessel is designed with a 100 psi regulator and pressure gauge which hooks up directly to shop air via a 1/4" female(threaded) port. These regulators ensure the desired pressure for the desired Flow Rate of Solder Mask during the application process. The maximum air pressure for the Pinch Valve Dispensing Wand is 50 psi.
