The 37007 is an ESD-Safe small component shipping box. This box measures 5-1/4"L x 1-1/4"W x 1"D. Utilizing the 37007 Shipping box offers convenience, safety and cost effectiveness. Constructed from Corrugated material which contains a buried shielding layer, minimizing sloughing and rub-off contamination. Once closed, the 37007 creates a "Faraday Cage", this restricts any electrostatic charges from entering the interior of the package. The inside top portion of the box offers a lining of Pink Anti-Static foam 1/2" thick. The interior bottom of the box offers a Black Conductive foam 1/4" thick. These layers of foam create a physical protection for your valued products as well as additional protection from poorly handled transport. The Small Component Shippers have a Surface Resistance of 106 to 10? ohms.
