The 37055 is an ESD Circuit Board Shipper. This shipper measures 7"L x 5"W x 2-1/2"D. The 37055 is an efficient means of shipping ESD sensitive PC boards and other static sensitive items. Constructed from Corrugated material which contains a buried shielding layer, minimizing sloughing and rub-off contamination. Once closed, the 37055 creates a "Faraday Cage", this restricts any electrostatic charges from entering the interior of the package. Each board shipper has Convoluted, Pink Polyurethane foam laminated to the top and fitted in the bottom of the box. These layers of foam create a physical protection for your valued products as well as additional protection from poorly handled transport. The Circuit Board Shippers have a Surface Resistance of 106 to 10? ohms. All board shippers are made in the USA and are 100% recycled and 100% recyclable.
