The IN4000PE is the Ptec™ Airflex Flexible Neck Ionizing Nozzle with a Photoelectric Eye-Sensor. This ionizer is designed to neutralize electro-static charges in multiple environments. Some applications include bench top, sensitive material assembly, medical devices, SMT, electronic assembly, laboratory and clean-room environments. The IN4000PE offers a Photoelectric Eye-Sensor operation. The sensor initiates the ionization and airflow when the sensor detects a nearby object so you can have hands-free ionization when you need it. The eye-sensor operation reduces the costs of compressed air, while extending the life of the ionizer. Emitter life is increased and maintenance frequency is reduced, due to 68KHz AC ion emission. The flexible neck allows the operator to optimally position the airflow exactly where it's needed. The IN4000PE also includes process indicator lights with audible alarms, Ionization = Green and HV Alarm = Red. Ptec™ ionizers save time and money because they require no frequent calibration and no periodic adjustments. All IN4000PE Ionizers are Factory Calibrated and include a Certificate of Calibration. Calibration can be verified using a Charge Plate Monitor (Sold Separately) and should be verified at least once a year. The IN4000PE is compatible with multiple Nozzles (See Link Below) and an optional 0.01 Micron Filter (FL0020).
