The SRM200-SK51 is an ESD-Starter Kit. This kit is designed to test basic ESD measurements such as Surface Resistance and Electrostatic Fields. The SRM200-SK51 Kit can test and measure different products and materials within an Electrostatic Protected Area (EPA). These items include (but are not limited to) bags, clothes, flooring, chairs, table tops and packaging materials. This kit consists of a EFM51 Electrostatic Field Meter and one SRM200 Surface Resistance Meter, put into a Conductive Carrying Case.

The EFM51 Static Meter is a hand-held, portable, digital electrostatic field meter. This meter detects and measures electrostatic fields. The EFM51 may be supplemented by a "Charge Plate Set" (EFM51-CPS) and then can be used to check and verify ionization.

The SRM200 is a very useful instrument for checking surface resistance and resistance to ground. The instrument can be used on different work surfaces, floors, chairs, carts, clothing and packaging materials. The measured value is shown on a LCD Display Screen that indicates whether the value is Conductive, Dissipative or Insulative.
