Description

Design your custom size PCB Wash Baskets with the WaveRoom Plus. We provide the means of creating any custom size Wash Basket to fit your specific machine. Wash Baskets are designed for cleaning PCB's without damaging fragile leads and components. Ideal for batch cleaning and in-line cleaning applications. Standard Wash Baskets are constructed from #2 Series Stainless Steel wire mesh welded together with 3/16" Stainless Steel support rods. The wire mesh is designed with 2 squares per inch with a wire diameter of 0.062".

ESD-Safe Wash Baskets are available as well. These baskets are still constructed from Stainless Steel, then coated with an ESD "Plastisol" material. "Plastisol" is a PVC resin material, which protects sensitive components during the cleaning process. The ESD "Plastisol" color is Black. Other colors are available but Do Not hold ESD properties. These colors include Blue, Green and Red.

All Custom Wash Baskets are available with many extra features. These features include handles, luggage latches (with or without lock), extra rod reinforcement (for heavy components), legs and dividers (which can be made removable).
