The FBP-(1014/1519) is the FlexiBoard Pro Adjustable SMT Carrier. The FlexiBoard Pro is the ultimate PCB processing companion that adapts to your specific requirements. The FBP- is available in Two (2) Adjustable Sizes (Please Specify Above) for accommodation of virtually any size, shape or configuration of PCB, Small: 10" x 14" Fixture (Max Board Size of 6.325" x 10.8") and Large: 15" x 19" Fixture (Max. Board Size of 10.75" x 16.25"). Streamline your workflow with the FlexiBoard Pro by eliminating fixture changeovers and maximizing the efficiency of your automated equipment processes. The FBP- can run through multiple application processes including the Screen Printing, Pick & Place, Reflow Soldering, Vision Inspection and X-Ray Inspection applications without causing harm to the fixture. Each FlexiBoard Pro offers precision engineering, crafted with attention to detail, the fixture ensures the highest levels of accuracy in PCB processing to achieve consistent, high-quality results with every run.

The FBP- features an easy set-up, the user-friendly design allows for quick adjustments and secure PCB placement. The PCB is set at the stop on any of the four corners of the carrier. This process carrier has removable inserts to allow the operator to raise or lower the board step for different PCB thickness. The FBP- offers one fixed edge on the carrier and one spring loaded rail that adjust to the PCB size. On the carrier edges and the rail edges are clamps, which retract below the PCB during Screen-Printing but can be used for the rest of the process where vibration and heat can sometimes lift or wrap the PCB. To activate, simply push the clamp post from the bottom of the SMT Carrier and turn onto the PCB. Once the rails have been located to the desired position for PCB loading, simply insert the lower locking bar onto the magnet and the rails cannot be removed, preventing any chance of PCB shifting during the application process.
