Weller RTMS-MS Series Smart Tips
The Weller RTMS-MS Series is a Soldering Tip Family of Smart Tip Cartridges. These tips are designed for use with the WXMPS-MS Smart Iron and the WXSmart (T0053451299) Solder Station. The RTMS-MS Series is ideal for all Micro and Standard Soldering Applications. These smart, high-performance tips solder components 0504 to 1608 (M to L). The tips feature an extremely fast 3 second heat-up time and are constructed with Weller's Active Tip Technology. The active tip technology (cartridge) provides an optimized heat transfer with 40w of power and 12v performance. These tips deliver excellent heat transfer and recovery time during the soldering process for a high-performance continuous workflow. The RTMS-MS are built with a short Tip-to-Grip distance providing maximum precision during any solder process.
The RTMS-MS Series Smart Tips feature clear identification, allowing the WXS (Smart Station) to identify each RTMS-MS tip automatically. Each tip offers full process control with a tip lock function, which locks parameters set on the tips, preventing default during the solder process. Each tip has full traceability with a unique tip serial number and integrated data storage. The integrated data storage provides traceability of calibration history. The RTMS-MS Series offer accurate data results with the Tip Off-Set Function. The tip off-set function allows you to easily change the reference point of the sensor. Just add the measured positional offset value and the sensor's origin will be translated and reset. Tip off-set provides a simple way to get the best results and achieve the highest degree of accuracy.
