The CV-H2-UF is compatible with the Connection Validation (CV) Technology, which evaluates the quality of a solder joint by calculating the intermetallic compound formulation and provides feedback instantly to the operator. The solder joint validation is signified via the LED light integrated into the hand-piece. Also illuminating "green" when a proper joint occurs and "red" when the joint is unsatisfactory.
