The ESD-A1 is an ESD-Safe, Ergonomic Safety Tile with a patented "Diamond Style" Dome Surface design. These specialty tiles are Black in color. The ESD-A1 tiles follow strict quality control to produce consistent ESD performance. The Ergo Advantage ESD Tiles retain the required ESD performance through the full volume of the tile as compared to other mat's that only offer a "Surface Resistivity". The ESD-A1 features a Volume Resistance of 3x10(6) - 3x10(7) ohms and will not degrade over time. When placing these tiles over a non-ESD floor, Aluminum or Copper Tape can be used as the grounding agent. The "Diamond Style" Dome surface provides a steady footing and are designed for light cart traffic and easy cleaning. The ESD-A1 tiles configure easily to any style work environment. These tiles provide excellent support using Compression Flex Technology. This technology gives the ergonomic advantage of improved blood flow, reducing fatigue, while offering the benefit of shock absorption to lower stress levels. This occurs by evenly distributing the user's weight, supporting the hips, knees, ankles and back for an all-day comfort. The ESD-A1 tiles are versatile, using an interlock system, the tiles easily fit together and will not fall or pull apart, until manually separated. These tiles can be arranged for areas large or small and can incorporate Right Angles, Long Lines and Small Work Cells.

Each tile is constructed with 100% recycled and recyclable PVC material that measures 18" W x 18" L x 1" T. The tiles have 2 male and 2 female edges for interlocking to an adjacent tile or creating an edge. Tiles can be placed square to the following tile, or they can be placed in a staggered pattern for the convenience of your application needs. The ESD-A1 tile also features an Under-lying Leg Structure. This structure allows the clearance for airlines, power cords, hoses and other trip hazards to safely lay under the matting. The leg structure provides 7/8" of clearance for these hazards. These tiles are easy to install and should be installed like reading a book (left to right, from the top down). *Always install from the work area away to the open space for proper edging purposes.

The Ergonomic Safety Tiles use separate Side Edges, each sold separately. These edges are available in Yellow or Black (standard) and are used for reducing the elevation trip hazard of the tiles square edging. Edges are available for creating sides and corners virtually allowing for limitless configurations. Edges are available with either Male or Female attachment ends.

Edges - Side (Female) Yellow - A3-Y; Side (Male) Yellow - A4-Y; Corner (Female) Yellow - A5-Y; Corner (Male) Yellow - A6-Y. *For Black Edging Replace "Y" With "B".
