The Ergo Advantage AM2BZ2 is part of the Ergo-Zone WorkStation Kits. This kit features AM2 Antimicrobial Drainage (Open Cell) Safety Tiles, and all edging pieces required for constructing a 62" long x 44" wide x 1" high matted area. These tiles provide excellent support using Compression Flex Technology. This technology gives the ergonomic advantage of improved blood flow, reducing fatigue, while offering the benefit of shock absorption to lower stress levels. This occurs by evenly distributing the user's weight, supporting the hips, knees, ankles and back for an all-day comfort. These tiles are so comfortable Farmers use them for their cows and other livestock (Happy Cows Are Productive Cows).
The AM2 Tiles are embedded with Ultra-Fresh® Antimicrobial Technology to inhibit the growth of mold, mildew and other odor causing bacteria. Ideal for most industries including, medical, cleanroom, science labs and much more. The Open Cell Tiles allow for liquids and air to pass through the top surface of the mat when drainage is required, and a dry footing is necessary.
The AM2BZ2 Workstation Kit includes 6x AM2-B Tiles, 3x AM3-Y "Female" Edges, 3x AM4-Y "Male" Edges, 2x AM5-Y "Female" Corner Edges & 2x AM6-Y "Male" Corner Edges.
Each tile is constructed with 100% recycled and recyclable PVC material that measures 18" W x 18" L x 1" T. The tiles have 2 male and 2 female edges for interlocking to an adjacent tile or creating an edge. Tiles can be placed square to the following tile, or they can be placed in a staggered pattern for the convenience of your application needs. The AM2 tile also features an Under-lying Leg Structure. This structure allows the clearance for airlines, power cords, hoses and other trip hazards to safely lay under the matting. The leg structure provides 7/8" of clearance for these hazards. These tiles are easy to install and should be installed like reading a book (left to right, from the top down). *Always install from the work area away to the open space for proper edging purposes.
